Orit Raff (b. 1970, Jerusalem) is an Israeli contemporary artist working primarily with photography, video, and installation. Her practice explores perception, memory, domestic space, architecture, and the psychological qualities of everyday environments. Often using carefully constructed or subtly altered images, Raff creates works in which familiar spaces and objects take on an uncanny, cinematic quality, blurring the boundary between observation, fiction, and personal memory.
