Liad Nuri is an Israeli contemporary artist based in Tel Aviv. Working primarily with painting and mixed media, his works combine materials such as pigment powders, oil paint, Xerox transfers, markers, and spray paint. His practice explores the tension between photographic or reproduced imagery and the physical surface of painting, creating layered compositions that move between representation and abstraction. Nuri studied at the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, and his work has been exhibited in Israel, including with ST-ART.
