Sadikou Oukpedjo (b. 1975, Kétao, Togo) is a Togolese contemporary artist based in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire. Working across painting, drawing, sculpture, and installation, his practice explores the relationship between humanity, animality, mythology, and spiritual belief. His distinctive hybrid figures—often part-human and part-animal—draw on African myths, cosmologies, and ritual traditions to examine questions of origin, cultural heritage, power, and human behavior.
